After not finding a podcast about Iceland that combined my interest in learning about the country‘s culture, language, history and nature, I decided to start my own. As more podcast episodes were published and the amount of listeners grew, it felt like a natural evolution to create a website that provided more resources for people to learn about this fascinating country.
On September 15, 2020, Jewells was awarded with an Equal Rights award from the town of Mosfellsbær for the work she has done on the All Things Iceland podcast and YouTube channel to share the experiences of different foreign nationals and Icelanders in the country.
