Happy Icelandic Language Day!!!!!!

Kæri Vinur (Dear Friends),

Today is special not only because it is Icelandic Language Day (Dagur íslenskrar tungu) but also because it is when I officially launched the blog last year! This day holds a special place in my heart and to celebrate I am listening to some epic Icelandic folk music below.  🙂

Now that I have serenaded you with harmonious tunes from Vikings, hopefully you will forgive me for being absent for so long. Life has been quite hectic the last 8 months, which resulted in me putting my language journey on hold, but I’m happy to announce that I’m back!  Keep an eye out for new posts and an update on where I have been.

Þakka þér fyrir að lesa og sjáumst fljótlega (Thank you for reading and see you soon)!
